Shipping policy

Free shipping

Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to. You can see the countries we deliver to at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas.

Christmas orders

To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by 20 November.

Tracking

When your order ships we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Orders with more than one suit

If you order more than one suit, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Customs and import charges

Our prices include delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or the tracking shows a problem, email us at hello@santapawsuit.com and we will look into it and send a replacement or refund you if it has been lost.
